Plaintiff Darrell R. Matthews filed suit against defendants alleging that defendants terminated plaintiff's employment based on his race in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1981. This matter is presently before the court on defendants' motion for summary judgment (doc. 73).1 As will be explained, the motion is granted.
