Cesar Castro-Higuero was convicted by a jury of conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute in excess of 100 kilograms of marijuana and aiding and abetting possession with intent to distribute approximately 250 kilograms of marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(B), 846 and 18 U.S.C. § 2. The district court1 sentenced Castro-Higuero to 60 months' imprisonment...
