Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas, Inc. (defendant) appeals from judgement entered 21 December 2005 directing a verdict in favor of Seven Seventeen HB Charlotte Corporation (plaintiff) in the amount of $118,449.03, together with interest accrued since September 2001. After a thorough review of the record, we find no error.
