This matter is before the Court on cross motions for summary judgment on Plaintiffs' claims under 15 U.S.C. §§ 1635 and 1640 of the Truth in Lending Act ("TILA") relating to the right to cancel notice [Record Nos. 161 and 168]. Having been fully briefed, the matter is now ripe for review.
