Following a jury trial, Kay Beckom was found guilty of three misdemeanors: contributing to the delinquency of a minor (Count 1), obstruction of a law enforcement officer (Count 2), and one count of maintaining a disorderly house (Count 3). She was acquitted of a second count of maintaining a disorderly house (Count 4). She now appeals the denial of her motion for new trial, enumerating errors which in essence challenge the sufficiency of the evidence...
