GALWAY, J.

The State appeals the Trial Court's (Hampsey, J.) grant of motions to suppress evidence filed by the defendant, Jonathan Steimel. The State argues that the trial court erred in ruling that the defendant was in custody when he confessed, and that no exigent circumstances justified taking the defendant's blood without a warrant. We reverse and remand.
