On February 2, 2007, Daquanta Roberts ("plaintiff') filed a complaint concerning her employment by Wal-Mart Stores East, Inc. ("Wal-Mart"). Plaintiff alleges that Wal-Mart failed to promote her because of her race in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq.
