This is an appeal from the judgment of the habeas court, J. Kaplan, J., sua sponte dismissing the petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed pro se by the petitioner, Yves Henry Lorthe. The petitioner claims that the court improperly granted the motion for leave to withdraw appearance (Anders motion)1 filed by his special public defender and dismissed his petition for a writ of habeas corpus.
