Cinram Manufacturing, Inc. (Employer) petitions for review of an order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed the order of the Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) denying Employer's petition to terminate compensation benefits because Brian Hill (Claimant) had not recovered from his March 24, 2004 work injuries that included a herniated lumbar disc. Employer questions whether the WCJ erred in attributing to it responsibility...
