Meaghan H., the biological mother of Kenten H., petitioned the county court for Lancaster County to vacate the adoption of Kenten pursuant to the Nebraska Indian Child Welfare Act (NICWA), Neb.Rev. Stat. §§ 43-1501 to 43-1516 (Reissue 2004).
