This matter is before the court upon Plaintiff Rosalyn Levitansky's ("Levitanksy") Motion to Remand. (Dkt.# 7). Also before the court is Defendant FIA Card Service, N.A.'s, ("FIA") Memorandum in Opposition to Plaintiffs Motion to Remand. (Dkt.# 11) and Plaintiffs corrected Reply in Support of Motion to Remand (Dkt.# 12). For the reasons discussed below, Plaintiff's Motion to Remand is GRANTED....
