Plaintiff commenced this action on May 12, 2005, against Defendants Atlantic Cape Fisheries, Inc. ("Atlantic Cape") and Marine Management, Inc. ("MM"). Plaintiff alleges that Defendants were negligent under the Jones Act, 46 U.S.C. § 688, et. seq. Plaintiff also alleges unseaworthiness of a ship owned and operated by Defendants, and asks for maintenance and cure pursuant to general maritime law. This Court...
