The issue before the Court is whether numerous sales of agricultural chemicals made by the Debtor, Hennings Feed and Crop Care, Inc. ("Hennings") to the Defendant, Ottawa Plant Food, Inc. ("Ottawa") at deeply-discounted prices were fraudulent conveyances.
