MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

MILLER, District Judge.

Pending before the court is plaintiff's ex parte application for a writ of attachment and motion for entry onto defendants' property to enforce the writ. See Dkt. 3. After considering the plaintiffs application and motion, the evidence presented at the oral hearing, and the relevant law, the court finds that plaintiff's application and motion should be DENIED.
