Attorney Dennis Scheib was ordered by the Superior Court of Fulton County to show cause why he should not be held in contempt of court for his conduct during a criminal trial in which he represented the defendant. At the show-cause hearing, Scheib moved to dismiss because no one was present to prosecute the case against him.
