OROZCO, Judge.

¶ 1 James P. (Juvenile) appeals the juvenile court's order adjudicating him delinquent for Assault, a class one misdemeanor, and Child Molestation, a class two felony. Juvenile argues the juvenile court erred by finding that misdemeanor assault is a lesser-included offense of child molestation.
