Between February and August of 1998, Paul and Steven Prusky, as trustees of the MFI Associates, Ltd. Profit Sharing Plan ("Plan"),1 entered into seven variable life insurance contracts with ReliaStar Life Insurance Company. In November, 2003, claiming that ReliaStar was violating the terms of those contracts, the Pruskys filed this lawsuit...
