David Disraeli ("Disraeli"), appearing pro se, appeals the district court's judgment dismissing his complaint filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. In his original complaint, Disraeli named Joseph Rotunda ("Rotunda"), David Grauer ("Grauer"), and John Morgan ("Morgan") as defendants.
