CHIECHI, Judge:

Respondent determined a deficiency of $11,837 in petitioner's Federal income tax for his taxable year 2001.1

The issues remaining for decision2 are:

(1) Is petitioner entitled to deduct certain claimed amounts as unreimbursed employee expenses? We hold that he is not.
