PER CURIAM.

The petitioner, Danny Beverly, appeals from the judgment of the habeas court denying his amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Following that denial, the court granted the petitioner's request for certification to appeal.1 The petitioner claims that the court improperly denied the petition because he received ineffective assistance of counsel. We affirm the judgment of the habeas court.
