MEMORANDUM OPINION

THORNTON, Judge:

Petitioner seeks review pursuant to sections 6320(c) and 6330(d) of respondent's determination sustaining the filing of a tax lien with respect to petitioner's Federal income taxes for 2000 and 2001.1 Respondent filed a motion for summary judgment and to impose a penalty under section 6673. We shall grant respondent's motion for summary judgment.
