Jana Kainz appeals from the judgment entered following her guardian ad litem's acceptance, and the trial court's approval, of a $125,000 settlement offer from Mary Ingles and General Casualty Company of Wisconsin (General Casualty). Kainz also appeals the underlying decision finding her incompetent for purposes of these proceedings and authorizing her guardian ad litem to accept the settlement offer on her behalf under WIS. STAT....
