¶ 1 Building Our Future ("BOF") appeals the superior court's holding that BOF violated Arizona Revised Statutes ("A.R.S.") section 16-912.01 (2006) ("the Act"), and the court's granting of summary judgment and awarding of $1.3 million dollars in favor of Linda Bentley and G.
