This matter is again before the Court on Defendant's January 23, 2007 Motion to Dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2) (docket no. 4). I find that Defendant's contacts with the Commonwealth are insufficient to support an exercise of jurisdiction under Virginia's long-arm statute.
