The respondent, Peerless Insurance Company (Peerless), appeals an order of the Superior Court (Mangones, J.) granting summary judgment in favor of the petitioner, Leah Barbuto, in a declaratory judgment action to determine whether Peerless was entitled to reduce the petitioner's underinsured motorist benefits by the amount she recovered in a settlement with an underinsured tortfeasor.
