Timothy Johnson ("defendant") appeals from judgments entered consistent with the jury's verdict finding him guilty of second-degree murder of Brett Harmon and first-degree murder of Kevin McCann under the felony murder rule. Defendant was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole. After a thorough review of the record, transcripts and defendant's arguments on appeal, we hold the defendant received a trial free from error, and therefore we affirm...
