Christopher Balding died when William Findley, an employee of Remediation Resources, Inc., ran a stop sign while driving a company-owned truck. Balding's wife, individually and as the administrator of his estate, filed suit against Findley and against Remediation based on the principle of respondeat superior and for negligent training and supervision.
