On March 22, 2006, Katherine Bell Moore ("Moore" or "plaintiff) filed suit against Idealease of Wilmington ("Idealease") and Idealease's president Stewart Brown (collectively "defendants"), alleging violations of 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 and 1982 and the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendments to the United States Constitution.
