On July 28, 2005, Plaintiff Michael Hemphill ("Hemphill") filed a complaint in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County alleging that Defendant Safeway, Inc. ("Safeway") discriminated against him in violation of Md.Code Article 49B, Section 42. Safeway accepted service of the Complaint on October 17, 2005, and filed a Notice of Removal on February 1, 2006...
