Defendant, Tilford H. Gash, Jr., appeals the trial court order denying his Crim. P. 35(c) motion. We affirm.

Defendant was charged with first degree murder after deliberation and concealing a death. During trial, the People offered into evidence, for purposes of refuting defendant's contention that the victim committed suicide, statements made by the victim to her nephew shortly before her death that (1) she did not like defendant...
