Plaintiffs Shady Grove Orthopedic Associates, P.A. ("Shady Grove") and Sonia E. Galvez bring this class action against defendant Allstate Insurance Company ("Allstate") for Allstate's alleged failure to pay statutory interest penalties owed to New York customers on overdue no-fault benefits.
