In these diversity actions, plaintiffs Michael Israel and Steven Israel were formerly employed by AMC Computer Corporation ("AMC"). AMC agreed to pay them certain bonuses, in installments over time, with interest. AMC's president, defendant Surinder ("Sonny") Chabra, guaranteed the payments.
