This appeal and cross-appeal arise from an order addressing both Gail Facey's ("Ms.Facey") petition for a finding that Brook Facey ("Mr.Facey") was in contempt of the parties' divorce decree, and Mr. Facey's petition for a change in primary physical custody. For the reasons that follow, we affirm both the appeal and the cross-appeal.
