OPINION

SNOW, Judge.

¶ 1 Petitioner Shawn Williams brings this special action to appeal the bond set by the trial court in a Forcible Entry and Detainer ("FED") action brought by the real-parties-in-interest Ray and Barbara Range. Because the court did not set the bond in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes ("A.R.S.") section 12-1182(B) (2003), we vacate the bond and remand.
