The Plaintiff, Phoenix Renovation Corporation ("Phoenix"), brought this action alleging that the Defendants, Peter Rodriguez, Radek Koci, and Atlantic Re-Plumbing LLC, violated Phoenix's rights under the Copyright Act, breached their subcontractor agreements with Phoenix, tortiously interfered with Phoenix's business expectancies, engaged in unfair competition, and conspired to harm Phoenix's business....
