This is a products liability/breach of warranty action filed originally by Mark and Karen Evans in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland against Defendant General Motors Corporation (hereinafter "GMC"), alleging that Plaintiffs' GMC Yukon is a "lemon." See Paper No. 2. GMC was served on August 8, 2005 and removed the action to this Court on September 7, 2005 because Count 2 of the Complaint...
