In this diversity action, Plaintiffs Charles and Susan E. Manno ("Plaintiffs") bring suit against Defendant American General Finance Co. ("American General"), alleging defamation and violations of the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, 73 P.S. § 201-1 et seq. ("PA CPL").
