After pleading guilty to a charge of possessing cocaine, Crystal Wilkinson entered into a "drug court contract" that required her to participate in a drug court program in lieu of serving a sentence. The State petitioned to terminate the contract, alleging that Wilkinson violated its terms by possessing marijuana.
