BURKE, Justice.

[¶ 1] Appellant, biological father, appeals from the district court's order granting the adoption of his daughter without his consent. We affirm.

Whether the district court abused its discretion in holding that the nonconsenting biological father in a contested adoption proceeding had willfully failed to pay child support, thus allowing the adoption...
