ORDER
LAFFITTE, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on codefendant Comité Partido Popular Democratico's ("Comité PPD") Motion for Summary Judgment. (Docket No. 16). Having reviewed the materials submitted by the parties, the Court hereby denies defendant's motion as genuine issues of material fact exist which preclude summary judgment.
