John W. Raettig and Frauchiger's, LLC (hereinafter "Raettig") appeal from a judgment entered following a bench trial, where the trial court awarded LDC-728 Milwaukee, LLC $20,000 in breach of contract damages, and $10,320.45 in attorney's fees. Raettig claims the trial court erred in ruling that an implied duty of good faith existed and that Raettig breached the duty of good faith.
