Defendant appeals as of right an order granting, in part, summary disposition in plaintiff's favor and ordering defendant to disclose certain documents pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), MCL 15.231 et seq. Plaintiff cross-appeals that portion of the order determining that the requested personnel records were exempt from disclosure and denying their release.
