This matter is before the court on a motion for summary judgment submitted by Defendants PR ACDelco Center, Inc. ("PR ACDelco") and Royal Motors, Inc. ("Royal Motors"). Plaintiff, Arlene Pagan-Alejandro, commenced this action after she allegedly suffered pregnancy discrimination in violation of Title VII and Puerto Rico law.
