Defendant-Appellant Roger Lee Sussman (Roger) appeals from the Judgment Granting Divorce and Awarding Child Custody (Judgment) entered on April 18, 2005 in the Family Court of the Second Circuit.1 We affirm the spousal support and the division and distribution of assets and debts parts of the Judgment.
