On March 16, 2006, Carol Fisher (the "Plaintiff" or "Fisher") commenced the present action against John A. Kanas ("Kanas"), John Bohlsen ("Bohlsen"), Daniel T. Healy ("Healy") and North Fork Bancorporation, Inc. ("North Fork") (collectively the "Defendants").
