This case is before the Court on appeal from a July 15, 2005, sentencing Order of the Circuit Court of Monongalia County. The case was submitted on briefs, and following a review of those briefs and all matters of record herein, this Court finds that the circuit court erred in denying an objection to certain evidence in violation of Rule 404(b) of the West Virginia Rules of Evidence.
