This criminal prosecution arose out of a complex fraud scheme involving a financing brokerage company that was based on Long Island and in Massachusetts known as RW Professional Leasing Services, Inc., ("PLS"). The indictment charged the defendants Barry Drayer ("Drayer") and Stephen Barker ("Barker") (collectively the "Defendants"), among others, with one count of conspiracy to commit bank fraud...
