In this case, defendants are charged with participating in a massive identity theft ring that was responsible for the theft of credit information for tens of thousands of individuals and the loss of tens of millions of dollars. Defendants have pled guilty to conspiracy to commit credit card and access device fraud, but the parties disagree as to the amount of loss to be attributed to each defendant for purposes of sentencing...
