Plaintiff, an Oregon corporation, appeals a judgment dismissing this action to collect a commercial debt from defendants, an Ohio corporation and its individual guarantor, an Ohio resident, after the trial court granted defendants' motion to dismiss the action for lack of personal jurisdiction.
