Following a trial to the court, defendant was convicted of two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, ORS 163.427, unlawful sexual penetration in the second degree, ORS 163.408, two counts of sodomy in the second degree, ORS 163.395, sodomy in the first degree, ORS 163.405, and misdemeanor assault in the fourth degree, ORS 163.160.
